Suzanne Pleshette (born June 25, 1942) was an American actress, voice-over actor and writer. Through her long career of five decades, Pleshette accumulated more than 100 points on her resume. Pleshette is an New York native who began her career as an actress on stage. Then she made the transition to screen. She has starred in numerous movies, such as 'The Birds", Rome Adventure", Fate Is the Hunter", if it's Tuesday this must be Belgium" and "Support the local gunfighter". She also had a wide variety of roles in TV and in television movies. She was once awarded an Emmy Award and the two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was awarded two nominations, and was awarded the Laurel Award, in 1963 for her film "The Birds.' The death of Pleshette in 2008 resulted in a posthumous award of a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
